Terms & Conditions A non refundable £75.00 booking fee must be paid to secure all bookings. Until the booking fee & Booking Form are returned your date is still available for another person to book. Once a quote has been given it is valid for 28 days,after this time any price increases of stock that we make will be charged at the new prices. The outstanding balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to your booked date, failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and any monies paid will be lost. All goods/items are the responsability of the person making the booking. We expect all items to be returned in good condition so we can clean them and they are suitable for the next booking. damaged chair covers are charged at £5.00 each, sashes at £2.00 each, and table linen at £10.00 each. Centre piece damages starts from £10.00 each, other items will be invoiced accordingly, please make sure all your guests are aware that the items are hired as any loss, damage or breakages will be your responsibility. If for what ever reason you cancel your order, a refund will be issued minus the £75.00 booking FEE, please note any dates cancelled with less than 8 weeks left till their booked date lose all monies paid. As your booked date gets closer, if you realise you do not need as many chair covers and sashes as originally booked please let us know and you will be entitled to change the number required. Any alterations made to your order 28 days prior to your booked date will not be entitled to a refund. PLEASE NOTE; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING OUT TABLES AND CHAIRS AT YOUR VENUE,THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE WE ARRIVE TO SET UP.IF WE DO HAVE TO MOVE FURNITURE THEN A CHARGE OF £30.00 WILL BE INCURRED. Event Planning Fees- If we need to liase with other sectors in respect of planning an event then an hourly charge of £10.00 will apply or a set fee of £100.00 depending on the size of the event and how much time we spend liasing with other companies on your behalf.
